Will be responsible for the effective use of various
engineering softwares. This will include
software troubleshooting, upgrading software, and user support
Major
Responsibilities (may vary depending on project):
- Understand PTC Creo software
and its dependencies
- Upgrade Creo to latest
stable version (currently Creo 4.0 M040)
- Support user issues
- Troubleshoot software
errors
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a 4 year degree
in an Engineering discipline or Information Technology discipline
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
