Position Purpose:
Responsible for providing day-to-day support of HR activities for Hendrickson Staff and for projects that may have company-wide application.
Essential Functions:
1. Utilize Oracle to maintain and update all employee related information, including training records, salary data, job titles and personal data.
2. Coordinate and track Oracle bundle testing for HR team, including submitting necessary tickets and/or service requests.
3. Recruit for assigned openings, following all aspects of the established recruiting process, which includes working closely with recruiting sources, hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers.
4. Sustain strong relationships with local schools and attend necessary career fairs to maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
5. Track and file Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) log.
6. Provide support on various HR processes, including performance appraisals, new employee orientation, salary and wage administration, FMLA/STD tracking, performance improvement plans, and tuition reimbursement tracking.
7. Brief employees on key benefits; answers questions concerning benefit practices and policies.
8. Facilitate internal training sessions.
9. Engage in the Company-Wide Wellness Program and increase employee participation.
10. Maintain a strong customer service attitude to enhance employee relations and provide excellent service to client base.

Education and Training
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business filed required. Master’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
· SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
Minimum Qualifications
· 2-3 years ‘full-time or intern work experience in HR required.
· Knowledge of basic principles and practices of Human Resources.
· Strong PC skills. Knowledge of Oracle, ADP, or familiarity with other HCM system a plus
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel
