Area of Accountability:

Responsible for building and equipment repairs.  Develop preventative maintenance programs on all equipment.  Maintain and identify spare part stocking levels.  Knowledge of OSHA procedures, and possess excellent problem-solving skills necessary to maintain an orderly work facility. 

Major Responsibilities:

·         Maintain and repair all building, machinery and equipment

·         Coordinates outside maintenance vendor activities.

·         Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs on all work centers and equipment using Preventative Maintenance software.

·         Troubleshoots all equipment problems.  Identifies areas of improvement to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

·         Maintain spare part stock levels.  Maintain neat and orderly tool and maintenance crib.

·         Participate as a member of the Safety Committee.

·         Other duties as assigned.

·         Maintain regular attendance.
