Source screen, interview and qualify candidates for open positions. Use Job Fairs, temporary agencies, and other sources in filling needs.
•Maintain all personnel records. Update HRIS system to keep employee information current and keep personnel files current.
•Support company benefit programs through timely enrollments, changes and by assisting employees with questions or problem resolution.
•Assist and support HR Manager in establishing and promoting positive relationships with employees; establishing a positive work environment; obtaining and maintaining quality certification; and maintaining a safe work environment.
•Assist and support with safety, Worker’s Compensation, and OSHA by participating on Safety Committee; conduct training and help coordinate activities.
•Maintain regular attendance.
•Other duties as assigned.

Education
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources required.
Experience
•Minimum of two to three years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Skills & Abilities
•Working knowledge of basic HR functions including employment, laws, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, and performance management.
•Strong communication skills and experience working with all levels within an organization.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Computer literate in Word, Excel, and HRIS.
•Detail orientation with accuracy.
